I wish I could give more stars. The customer service in the service department is beyond excellent. The techs are the best and have solved every issue with my problematic dart. No matter the headache or repair, I was always received with kindness. Great humans work here and the absolute best service!! Thank you Towne Dodge Service Department!!
Left my 2021 Ram with this service department for 3 days to diagnose a misfire. All they did was swap fuel injectors between cylinder 3 that was having the misfire and cylinder 5. The misfire disappeared and then they drove it around for 3 days trying to get the trouble to reappear. When I questioned their diagnostics they had very poor and no responses. Problem reoccurred 2 days after I picked up the truck and all I got was sorry sir but get back in line with the other customers. In short they’re diagnostic capabilities are questionable and they’re customer service abysmal! I highly recommend staying away from this service department if you can. Note I took the truck to West Herr and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in 1 day then gave me a full rundown of what they did. This was on top of the service department schedule being full up. Real pros not like these guys!
Booked a service online, they told me my projected costs would be $28. Reasonable. Bring it in, they do the services that I was told were included, then they try to charge me $120.
Unable to pull up my original booking to confirm my original charges.
If you decide to trust this place do yourself a favor and screenshot your booking so they don’t bamboozle you as they did me.

Brought a 10 yr old Jeep in for inspection, they pulled parking brake (AUTO TRANSMISSION) and failed inspection, scraped off my sticker, and then called to tell me it would be a $845 repair. While I know there are "criteria" for inspections, ANY reputable mechanic in WNY will tell you that this is not commonplace, as it is likely to get stuck and require a repair. This is an obvious money grab where they were hoping I was too stupid to know better and too scared to drive without a sticker, even though per NYS law, you have 30 days to make repairs after a failed inspection. While I was in the waiting room, they also tried to sell an older woman tires saying they would be dangerous and not pass inspection, and when they left she told me that they were less than one year old and not even 5,000 miles on them.
I just picked up my '09 truck from Towne and it looks brand new. I needed a new rear door and had some rust that needed attention. Their Collision Manager is Sue Camus and she worked with me to come up with a solution that I could afford and made the truck look great. Their work is incredible and their friendly, no pressure approach will keep me coming back.

Second time around and I still give it a 10/10. They always go above and beyond with customer service. I went back to the same salesman Andrew and he was great as always! No pressure at all either which is great. The process of buying the vehicle is smooth and they value your time. In the future I will get another vehicle from there!

Are you kidding me! This dealership treats us like royalty. My husband has been a loyal customer sine 1995 (28 years) and I've leased my last 3 vehicles through Towne. Any time we need service, maintenance, or any other needs it's just a phone call away. I recently needed to have a tire plugged with urgency and my husband pulled my Jeep right in to the service dept. without an appt. and it was fixed within an hour. WHO DOES THAT! I scheduled an appt after my previous service call. It was there for a week and they could not locate the horn or alarm going off randomly everyday. Brought it back home and it continuously goes off and different times daily.
Stopped in for an oil change and was helped by a very friendly person who had to check if they had space. They did and were able to get started in just a few minutes. I think I was out in less than an hour with an oil change and tire rotation.
